From your initial Launch Meeting, your coach will focus on getting to know you, your team members, your long-range goals, and help you create a detailed road map to begin executing immediately.

Imagine for a moment that you’re looking at the site of one of the worst multi-vehicle car crashes ever seen, by anyone. There are flames everywhere, smoke so thick you can hardly see, and traffic is going to be backed up for days. Helicopters circling the sky above and the fire department hasn’t even made it to the crash yet. That was my life. A big ‘ole mess. Pretty much a wreck in every aspect. And luckily, my coach (the MEC fire department) arrived right away and now all inbound and outbound lanes are moving along nicely.
With taking the skills and know-how learned from coaching sessions, I was able to identify key areas in my business that could be leveraged off to a new employee, allowing me to be able to lead generate for listings (or even take a day off!). Clients get more one-on-one interaction with me and I’m able to spend time on the business, not IN the business when needed.
