At my core, I am a relationships guy. Middleton Elite Coaching’s customized approach to coaching top agents (like you!) has me really excited.
I graduated from Florida Southern College with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
I began my real estate career in 2001 with a small boutique firm on the island of the Bahamas.
After 4 short years, I was elected to The Bahamas Real Estate Association’s Board of Directors where I served for 8 years. I chaired The Membership Committee and Education Committee.
By 2012 I began to walk in my passion for teaching and coaching. I was named the head instructor for the Entry Licensing Program, where I served for 5 years; teaching over 350 people – many of whom are still thriving in their businesses today.
I am on a continuous journey of self-improvement and mastery and seek to always be better today than I was yesterday. By aligning my passion for coaching real estate professionals with the vision of Middleton Elite Coaching, I feel I can have the greatest impact on the lives of those I have the privilege to serve.
The same year, I was hired as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a 70-acre beachfront and marina community in Nassau, called Palm Cay. During my time there, I led a sales and marketing team of 8, spread out across 4 countries, as our community was marketed locally as well as globally for second-home owners. We took the project from a very lackluster sales slump to selling nearly $24M in sales in 2014.
Looking for a change for my two daughters (then 14 and 12), I relocated my family to Charlotte, NC where I started my real estate business and met Bill Middleton.
After being promoted to sales manager of a large office of nearly 200 agents in 2018, our team achieved sales records in total profit, owner profit, and profit share. I absolutely loved working with my top agents, coaching them to develop business plans, and holding them accountable for execution.
In 2019 I rekindled my passion for coaching real estate professionals and reconnected with Bill and joined Middleton Elite Coaching. I have enjoyed working with agents, sales teams, and financial advisors to increase their productivity and take their businesses (and profits) to new heights over the last 4 years!
